Leadership, communication & relationships
The way we speak and listen shapes the way we work together.

What we explore
I work with teams and organisations through voice, communication and listening, creating practical spaces to look at how we relate, express ourselves and respond to one another.
Depending on the context, we might work with a real communication situation, a difficult conversation, a presentation, questions of authority or boundaries, or the quality of listening and exchange within the group.
Questions we can explore
- How can the voice become a more conscious communication tool?
- How do we speak with impact without losing what is human in the exchange?
- How do we assert ourselves, set a boundary or hold a position without becoming harder?
- What helps a group listen, trust and work together differently?
- What can open up when a team has space to meet beyond its usual roles?
How we work
The work is experiential, combining short conceptual input with individual and group exercises, voice and listening practices, reflection and discussion. I draw on voice, somatic and breath work, mindfulness, communication and coaching methods, bringing in what is relevant to the context and the people in the room.
Creative approaches can shift perspective, open up other ways of expressing and listening, or let a group experience something together rather than simply talk about it. The aim is to bring new awareness back into everyday work together.
Possible formats
Formats can include a focused session, workshop, seminar, retreat or longer-term programme, shaped around your context and what you want to explore.
